Do not buy a property share just because the price is attractive.
If the purchase does not give clear control, clear possession, and a clear exit, the discount may not be worth it. A shared undivided interest can tie money to other people’s decisions for years.
Before paying anything, ask one direct question:
Would this property still be attractive if I could not use it, rent it, sell it, or divide it quickly?
If the answer is no, walk away.
